It already has some fallback code to be able to run in standard .net 2.0 in case you don't have 3.5 (or mono &lt; 1.9 in case you don't have the latest preview available).&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;As for the winforms frontend, it's definitely planned and in the works!
